Subscription management, including cancellation, is handled through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

Welcome to Gym Collection ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Gym Collection mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Use of the App
---------------
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and using the App (e.g., gym, member, plan, and transaction details).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use
---------------
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems
- Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or infringing content
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers

Subscriptions and Payments
----------------------------
Gym Collection offers auto-renewable subscription plans (such as Basic and Premium) available in monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and yearly durations.

- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Subscription prices are displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property
